Both volume and tension compliment each other during a muscle gaining endeavour, but volume is arguably the bigger player

Putting it into perspective Mike Isratel gave the example of someone squatting doubles and singles for 4-10 working sets a week compared to some of Brad Schoenfelds work which has seen up to a 30 RM contribute to an effective stimulus for hypertrophy. Which one will likely get you more jacked?
