After my knee surgery, I was told I’d never be able to run to my fullest potential (literally when I try to run a sub 60 in the 400m it makes me feel like I’m about to vomit up my non existent hamstring) yes since the age of 5 I was a sprinter, my pet event was the 400m for those of you who were unaware.
So after my accident. I decided I’d try something different and get on stage for the first time in Bikini / Fitness modelling. I had to do a 24 week prep during my 6-9 rehab recovery program and lose 22 kilos/ 48 pounds ... Then Went to America re gained all the weight, decided to do it again 🙄 14 weeks , lost 20 kilos/ 44pounds and got on stage again. Honestly these pictures show my dedication and hard work , plus as you can see I try to make it as hard as possible for myself 🙈😂 (who doesn’t love an under dog 🐶) but anyways what I’m trying to get at is, You can literally do whatever you put your mind to. Don't let bitter, unhappy people drag you down to their level.
