I found this picture in my delete folder. Just as I was starting to beat myself up about my back fat, thick waist and cellulite, I said hell no! Let me try this again... I am damn proud of this body. This body nurtured and birthed 2 babies. These legs have carried me through all the days of my life. This back has felt the weight of the world and it’s still supporting me. This body has endured every hard day I’ve ever had and still shows up for me. This body is a gift from God. It’s strong and powerful. I’m beyond grateful for this body and will celebrate it for the masterpiece that it is.
It’s time to flip the script, ladies. Stop beating yourself up. Stop talking shit about your body. Stop shaming yourself. Instead, focus on all that your body HAS done and CAN do. Be grateful for the body God gave you. Take care of it, embrace it, love the shit out of it. Celebrate the gift that is your body and start NOW. .
Go to the places with the best lighting ☀️👊🏼 @latanandspa never disappoints from the simple things like lighting to the legit reason I’m there!
... TANNING! 👏🏼🏆 with it being peak week, it’s definitely important to come in with a base tan prior to being spray tanned for show day 👙 plus this place is just awesome, if y’all in warrensburg or near by at the base... definitely stop in and check this place out 🙏🏼🤗
Health is as much about the mind as it is about the body. Finding a positive outlet for feelings such as stress and anxiety is so important.
My top things to get me out of a stressful/negative/anxious/self-sabotaging mood are:
1. Listen to music, sing and dance like no ones watching (they normally aren’t)
2. Take a walk in fresh air, bonus if there’s a gorgeous view
3. Hit the gym, sprints or hiit I find are the best for getting my endorphins flowing
