It’s no surprise that most of people are happiest on Friday. Who doesn’t #love waking up on Friday morning and realizing that after eight hours of work, you are set free to the juiciest part of the week, “the weekend!”
However, not everyday has the upbeat feeling that #Friday boasts. Sunday nights are the saddest for a 9-5’er.
Yes, is sad that people just live for the #weekend, isn’t it? Well, here is ONE tip for you to make your everyday feel just like Friday:
✔️Connect who you truly are with what you do.
Passion is everything. It motivates us to continue to strive towards our goals. Not everyone is #lucky enough to have their passions as their careers. In case you’re one of the unlucky ones, you have to discover your passion and allow it to #shine in every aspect of your day, even when you’re doing things you hate.
You are in control and you can change the way you live your life. Stop living in the rat race, you can do better than that and you know it.
Ask yourself this question: “Am I really happy with that I do?” If your answer is “no” then its time for you to take action and make your life better.
☝️You deserve a change.
If you measure your happiness in life through the years that you've lived so far, you will find that the times of greatest happiness had less to do with the circumstances, and more to do with the fact that you were living from the philosophy that’s been in your heart all along.
Think about it.
Does that seem true for you?
At that moment, you were in fact, being true to your own guiding, innate philosophy...and it had less to do with your circumstances.
So I will not tell you that there is an ideal philosophy...other than, the ideal philosophy is to find your inherent philosophy…and to try not to live your life with someone else’s philosophy.
Find and activate YOUR philosophy.
You were born with it.
Once you have that, and you make the decision that the only way you will be truly happy is to live consistent with it, it will change your life.
If you’re not living consistent with it, you will not be happy.
If you are, you will.
