1st post vacation workout. It’s been over a week since we came back here in US but I am still feeling sick. I’ve been using my inhaler, taking mucinex and emergen-c but it seems like I’m not getting better. I’m still having hard time breathing and coughing 😷 But it didn’t stopped me to go out with my tiny babe to run/jog/walk 😜 It was a little windy today but I still finish it 💪🏼 I am so happy with my new jogger stroller. It was a smooth ride for my baby and it was easier for me to push. It’s been a while since I’ve posted, I’ve been so busy trying to adjust! Today was the first day I went on a walk with just baby Koda & I alone! It went really well, will be making this a daily thing! As you guys have read on my previous posts that I live off routine, I love having structure & being consistent.... well now that baby is here it’s off....which is totally fine bc I love being with her & attending to her. I’m slowly starting to create a routine (will always be changing) that works for all of us! As far as diet.....I’ve been eating like an asshole, haven’t meal prepped or cooked in bulk....will be doing so when I get a chance ..probably the weekend when husband can help... also here lately I’ve been craving sweets....??? Who am I? I’ve literally ate ice cream or chocolate every other day for over a week now ? It’s wild. Doctor hasn’t cleared me to workout yet so I’m just walking, I can see huge changes the past 3 weeks in my body, muscle loss, softer muscles & tum (obviously), & generally less tight. These changes have been drastic since delivering.... & my weight continues to drop (muscle loss). It’s pretty cool how my body has changed for my baby! All of these changes are so irrelevant to me right now I just thought I would share with ya. I learned early on as a #sahm that I need a change of scenery and a little bit of fresh air every day—-it helps keep my sanity! #sahmoms don’t really stay at home all day long, do they?! This is why you’ll see me during our long Michigan winters bundling up the kids for a sled ride, snowball fight or walk in the woods—-I need time away from the walls of my home (even if it’s only 20 minutes.) Second workout of the day consisted of me pushing toddler for a 3 mile run during this 70 degree day! Yeah for no snow and not having to take 30 minutes putting boots on and searching for missing hats and gloves! And don’t let that smile fool you—-she has been fighting a pretty high fever all afternoon! 🤒🤒🤒 Oh, also thank you to my dear neighbor for letting me borrow her jogging stroller—-I’ve been missing out all these years when it comes to running with my littles!
