Wow! What an amazing weekend I had! Definitely one that I will never ever forget. Thank you to everyone who checked in and showed love and support with my show! I am so incredibly proud of the package that I brought to the stage and met all three of my goals that I set for myself. To get on stage and compete one more time before my 30th birthday (which is this Thursday!), to be better than the last time I was on stage, and to finally overcome my injury and greet my 30s as the healthiest version of myself! I did all three of those and feel very proud! Every show there is something to learn and take away from, and this show was no exception! Can't wait to see what else my amazing Coach @asiamendoza90 and I can accomplish together! Smashed out my workout early this morning so I would have enough time to have some “shan time” - went to the rents for a spa and to really just chill the f out because I’ve been so overwhelmed with prep that I’ve forgotten to actually chill and relax. I’m feeling refreshed and positive after having some time to myself to reflect on how far I have come this prep and what my goals might be following comp. They’re going to involve a lot more balance that’s for sure. Drinking 7L of water and eating 5 meals a day and I’m so stoked with my peak week shreds so far... would be rude not to sneak a lil pic in 💦⭐️ What I really want to reinforce to those that are following me and aren’t prepping for a show, is that my diet and water intake and my gym regime is specific to my prep and is not something people should try to match if they aren’t prepping for their own show. ALSO... I have NEVER looked like this before. It is not maintainable and is purely due to my current diet, water and the fact that this photo was post emerging myself in hot water for 40 mins. I have had so many people messaging me and asking me for my diet and gym plans. I will not be giving these out as they are tailored to my needs - and I paid money for them... If you really want to follow something, go and get yourself a coach and have one made to fit your own goals and body type 😋

Used 70% of Matt Wenning warm up for bench. It’s amazing!!! If I’m correct it’s 100 reps of lats, rear delts, and tri’s. I have never felt this great after a warm up on bench.
