I ❤️ my gallon bottle help to keep me hydrated everyday. I can refilled this bottle at least 2-3 time of water a day. So I can flush out to detox more 🙊.
Slowly getting back into the swing of things. I know once my calories are back up, strength will increase once again and mental strength will follow. 💜 Can’t guarantee facial expressions will improve.😝
On a side note 📝 I really dislike training biceps 💪 😝 .
