Ok one of the struggles i often see is when we end up having to get to the gym at the same time as everyone else and all the machines are taken, yet we’re still limited on time... what do i do when this happens? I grab a cable and do my whole #legday on one cable machine ! Anndddd it’s fun and a nice mix up. There is so much that can be done with cable machines and that is why they are one of my favorites. This whole routine is made to build you that #hourglass BOD that you dream of. Remember that all of these exercises are not meant to be done with heavy weight. I would discourage anything over 40lbs unless it’s the thrusts. Everything here is about form and having your legs and glutes do all the work. FOCUS!!
