The Finnish design company Marimekko was introduced in America in Boston in 1959. Legendary retail store Design Research was the exclusive U.S. representative for Marimekko, Alvar Aalto, Marcel Breuer etc. In 1960 Jacqueline Kennedy bought 7 Marimekko dresses and created a success story in a Marimekko sundress with president Kennedy on the cover of a sports magazine. #boston#massachusetts#newburystreet#shopping#street#centralboston

Raspberry and strawberry pavlova $5
Because berries are not in season now, they are a little sour. But this right amount of sourness balances the sweetness from the meringue and cream really well. However, the taste of the meringue and the cream is a little disappointing. The cream tastes like some milk candy(really sweet)
cheesecake cup $5
This cheesecake doesn’t taste like the cheesecake made from cream cheese that I used to have. It, instead, tastes more like yogurt which kind of balances the berries well. The bottom cookie part is a little oily which I really don’t like.
Tiramisu can never go wrong. It’s a simple but magical dessert. The mixture of flavors of mascarpone, cocoa, strong coffee, and a little rum reaches a perfect balance. The whole is moist and it kind of melts in my mouth when it touches my tongue.
lemon-mint tart $5
The mint and lemon that I thought is a really weird combination actually go well together. The freshness of the small pieces of mint really highlight the whole taste of the tart.
honey apple pie
Personally, I don’t like any pies; so, I didn’t eat it.
Getting artsy with @jacobthompsonmusic during our pre-pro session a few days ago. Don’t let the depth of field fool you: no matter how good the microphone, it’s the musician who makes a good recording.
EXCITED AS HECK BECAUSE I JUST DELIVERED MY FIRST BABY OF RESIDENCY AND AS AN MD!!!!!! Honestly one of the most exciting / amazing moments ever, nothing compares!! Awesome way to end off my day before holiday weekend (blessed enough to have time to go back to NY for Thanksgiving before coming back to work Sunday!)
BTW examining both the mom I delivered and her baby is the coolest thing ever. And that they can both follow up in our clinic. Forever. Family med rules. Just sayin 😎😎

Since I was 15, I knew I wanted to help people through pain and injury. I studied exercise science at URI and then spent thousands of hours working along side physical therapists. I built a solid foundation in rehabilitation and movement assessment.
New doors were opened when I later became a strength and conditioning coach. I worked with high school athletes for 5 years, focusing on performance and injury prevention. I worked my way up the chain before getting an opportunity with elite and Olympic level athletes.
I love working as a trainer and coach, but at that time I found it frustrating to see someone be limited in their strength or movement and not be able help fix it by working hands on. In 2015 I became a manual therapist. I focused on studying the most effective treatments available. After 9 months of manual therapy school, I spent 5 months in an orthopedic massage therapy course and 12 days out in Colorado, getting certified as an active release technique practitioner. I still continue training under top practitioners at Myotech Combined Therapies. I opened @discover_movement in order to provide a high standard of training and therapy. I have created a system of assessment, movement, and performance that can get any athlete or individual to where they need to be. .
