Do you train when you’re sick? Here’s my “try and not look like a hot mess” selfie attempt after my body said no as I tried to go to the gym. 🥶
Haven’t been sick in awhile so I’ve been really debating on whether or not to train. My general rule for training when you’re sick is if you have any breathing issues or head aches avoid training otherwise, go light clean your machines and you should be good. 🥶
This time around I could tell my lack of sleep and increase in work caught up to me. Keeping up with vlogmasss, though fun, and my mind was going 1000mph, my body was quick to check me lol which is good because it’s important that we listen to our bodys! Feeling extremely drained but I’m sure my body is appreciating this rest! Monday’s coming up though fam!! And I’m excited!
