FIRST// hellebore to flower. It's a little rough round the edges, but the joy of seeing this today after my hands turned blue 💚 And I'm watching Monty talking about the fragrance of orange blossom and it's all warm and wonderful. Oh for the joys of summer. #helleboreappreciationsociety#britishflowers

Laura's Autumn bouquet. Thanks to my friends @therealflowerco for the dreamy roses and to Wendy and Sue @holmeflowers for the extra dahlias.
Just LOVED this colour palette. It takes quite a brave person to say yes to brown, burnt orange and red flowers for your wedding. Think we pulled it off though didn't we?! 👊🏽
Primroses are beautiful, cheery flowers that remind us that spring is just around the corner and seemed like the perfect choice for January's 'Plant of the Month'. They are easy to grow, flowering reliably from January to May. This is primula vulgaris, commonly found in the wild under hedgerows, it has pale yellow flowers, with a deep yellow centre - it's a firm favourite for bees and other pollinators!
TFIF is all I can say!! Anyone else been caught in "life's loop" this week?? My productive Sunday has bitten me in the arse good and proper this week! The only visible thing I've achieved has been to add to my "to-do" list.... ho hum!! .
