Keenum didn’t have a perfect game Sunday by any means. I cannot tell you how many “Bench Case he’s a bum” comments I saw at halftime. He played well enough for us to win and that’s what matters. This was definitely not his best performance but he was on fire in the second half. First down after first down. Siemian, Osweiler, or Lynch would not have led that game winning drive. Please give Keenum a chance for those who aren’t.
I love how the seasons make old views new again. Some of the wells I work on have been around for longer than I have been alive. They've seen a lot of seasons and for as long as they've been there, rain or shine, someone has been visiting them. Everyday "operators" head out to the wells. They inspect, repair, and replace equipment. Some wells naturally bring oil and gas from the rock below to surface but if the well cannot do this by itself different technologies, called Lift Mechanisms, can be used to help. Many old wells are produced using a lift mechanism called plunger lift. This method of producing a well means that there is a metal cylinder inside of the well carrying the fluid from the bottom of the well up to surface. The bottom of the well has more pressure than the pipe at the surface and this difference of pressure causes the gas to flow up to surface, bringing with it the plunger and the oil above it, kind of like an elevator.
