There are SO many Leg/ butt workouts out there that are all very effective, but my top 3 personal faves are deadlifts, single leg lunges, and cable cord kickbacks! 🤩
- work the back, glutes , and legs
* - Works both the upper and lower body - Makes you sweat a shiii ton 😅
Single leg lunge - work the glutes , hammies, quads, and calf muscles
* - Your abs get some work too because they work as stabilizers !
Cable cord kick back
- work the glutes by isolating them *
- Can add more weight easily to add for more difficulty
Hey all, one thing that I found as dancer is that the side of my butt gets supper sore after dancing bachata. As a personal trainer, I decided to look into this! Turns out my butt is super weak.
Dancing bachata requires a lot of hip so it's very important to build that booty. Not only do you get a nice firm booty but this can also help with reducing knee pain.
