We wanted to give you a little tour round our newly renovated and relaunched mens shop at 126 Fore Street 🌿. This year, our main goal with our mens shop was to resolve the issue of lack of variety in ethical mens fashion ✨ , something Vidmanatas, our co-founder, found frustrating when trying to put together his own sustainable wardrobe 💡. So we have a much larger range of approved ethical brands, stocking everything from graphic tees, to smart shirts and even a range of ethical shoes! 💪 Come see us at 126 to view the new range.
It’s been a while! I’ve been getting my stripe on but also super busy! This weekend we are in Honfleur and browsing the chocolate shops I stumbled across this family of Breton stripe Easter eggs! Trés Bon!
Least sustainable piece of this outfit: Marks and Spencer’s shirt, made in Bangladesh. M&S actually does okay on the @goodonyou_app, but I’m still suspicious
Most sustainable piece: Thirteen-year-old Cavalleri skirt, made in Italy
Canadian tuxedo all day everyday. 👕👖Developing a uniform has helped me spend a lot less time making decisions about what to wear. I unconsciously dressed in uniform for years; black, white, blue, a little red, lots of stripes. 💃🏼Once I realized I was like, 'duh, this is jean-ius'. I'm no longer purchasing trendy pieces that only get worn a handful of times, contributing to clothing waste, and am able to stick with flattering, quality pieces. Maybe it's in my jean pool, because my dad dresses in a uniform too. 🤷🏼♀️ 99% of this outfit is second hand, my favorite way to shop. Some people call it a capsule wardrobe but I don't like to limit myself, eh. So much less stress and less waste dressing in a uniform, cheesy but it's Trudeau. 🧀 .
We’re in the running for the Fed-Ex Small Business grant to win up to $25,000! I’ve been funding Vesta completely on my own and a grant like this could change everything! If you want to help this small business grow and reach more people, I’d be so grateful for your vote!! 🙏 The link is above 👆#supportsmallbusiness
