Kanelipulla nextille levelille! (English below)
Kanelipulla tunnetaan Suomessa useimmiten korvapuustina, koostumus on kuitenkin sama molemmissa. 🦄🙏👯
Cinnamon buns are known as korvapuusti in Finland and kanelbulle in Sweden. Here is a kanelbulle taken to next level in a fantastic cafe called Älskade Traditioner, Stockholm. Origins of cinnamon buns are presumed to be in Sweden, where they started to make those after WW1. Both Sweden and Finland have a celebration day for this marvellous pastry at 4th of October.
There’s a van on the way between the two UCL buildings where I have my lectures. They sell nice tea, which is important and a a priority. They also sell really good cinnamon buns, and I am weak. However, this is unsustainable for several reasons, so I’m going to have a crack at making my own. Maybe it’ll work out.
