this clean eating is starting to show off all that time spent swallowing puke on heavy dead’s with @i3_papi. Moral of the story.. lift heavy or have a back like paper Mario forever. 🤘🏼💪🏼 now I’m gonna go day dream about sour patch kids til my next client.
@dabeast__within heckling me in the background on that last one 😂
It’s so cool to train next to these guys and watch them get ready for the big O. Yesterday @psychofitness21 and me killed chest and afterwards I got to take pictures and chat a lil with @stanimal9
I had a real fanboy moment 😂 seeing them train on instagram and YouTube etc. for a long time and then actually getting the chance to train next to them is pretty dope
My oldest and most consistent training partner since day 1, still showing me the way with this old school pull over variation! We started out in an old shed with rusty, limited equipment. Always having to improvise using specific machines for different body parts. Most people would see this as an ab crunch machine which is exactly what it is made for. With a little adjustment of your body position and the machine, this is absolutely perfect for an old school pull over machine that you just don’t see in gyms anymore. The curve in the bench causes you to arch your back allowing for peak contraction followed by an immense stretch in the lats. I don’t care what anyone says, nothing beats old school equipment with solid iron plates. This is what it’s all about, walking into this gym abroad felt like I was coming home🙌🏻 #basics#oldschool#classicbodybuilding
A little unilateral warmups during last night’s back session. I always start with my weaker side and focus on keeping the elbow close to activate the the lower lat as much as possible.
