First post is some clips of exercises during my push workout today. Today was an accessory day for Bench so I made sure I put myself in a weak position for bench, in this case by doing 3 second pause reps! This also helps with your speed of the movement as well as controlling the weight of the bench press at the hardest position which for me would be the bottom of the movement! Try it out and let me know how it goes! It’s all about doing the hard stuff if you really want to see progress!
Here's today's wonderful work out with the beautiful @kinseyclabo15
I weigh 140lbs, 9% body fat, and hit a new Bench Press PR of 235lbs! Then we went to the boxing room to do some of the best cardio in the world to help my body recover from the lactic acid overload in my body. Finally we enjoyed some running. I've never ran on one of those machines before, but I found out I run 17 mph. Is that fast?

Have you guys ever felt too attached to leave home 🏡 right away or have you always had the urge to venture out 🌎??? When I first graduated high school I never wanted to leave home, honestly. But, the first big step led to college in Springfield, Missouri over 200 miles away from home. During college I went over to London for 3 months, over 4K miles away. After graduation, I moved down to Florida, over 1k miles from home. The reason I’m throwing all these numbers around is that I never knew where I’d be next. Life is a real adventure, constantly evolving and things changing around us all; that’s what makes everyday damn special!! I may even move to California in a couple of years for further opportunity to see what happens next! I truly love seeing your stories and posts all around the country and even world. It goes to show what’s really out there to explore 🤟🤙
I am missing a few people, but team Cundiff got a great back day in! You are who you surround yourself with, and I am surrounded by some genuine hard working individuals💪
