Salveō (Latin, to be in good health) - Johnnie Walker Espresso Roast, Ginger Kombucha, Plum Shrub, homemade Grapefruit Amaretto, and ‘Pick Me Up’ Bitters. Finished with a grapefruit/ coffee mist and a pickled/smoked plum ball.
This little number is savoury and complex, it reminds me of a Boulevardier and its served with a side of Frisette soft sheeps cheese for a full flavour experience. Available now at Strange Company
