No matter what your industry is your business and its customers revolves around trends. Data can tell you how the market is reacting to both positive and negative externalities, and how it impacts your customers.
As content marketers, we curate material around their behaviors. It would be negligent for us to only think creating great content is the end goal. It’s part of the battle. We have to also understand the market in which we are targeting and operating in.
