ah. I started reading the raven cycle in january of 2016 and boy do I miss the feeling of experiencing that world for the very first time. every time I look at the books i am consumed with nostalgia and the feeling of coming home. —
anywho, on to the current reading endeavors:
I finished truthwitch by susan dennard today and I adored every ounce of it. I can’t wait to pick up the next one and dive in before #4 comes in february. I am now about 30% of the way through another day by david leviathan and it’s alright so far. more updates soon xxx
this was a risky photoshoot...but little aloe vera survived. —
if anyone’s interested in some book updates :
I’m STILL reading truthwitch (yes I know it’s taking forever) but ! I’ve been studying for exams and taking a few midterms this week so that’s a fairly good excuse. and I’m almost finished with it and I’ll be picking up another day by david leviathan immediately after, along with finishing northanger abbey. +++I’m currently settling in with truthwitch and lemon ginger tea to make some serious progress in truthwitch so I’ll be done by the weekend!
anyone else reading anything interesting at the moment?
Since today is the starting day of Vet Tech Appreciation week 🎉 LIC vets has decided to present to you the outstanding people that are part of our vet tech team as well as their pets. In addition to providing the best possible care for your babies, our techs take care of their own. Prepare to meet a variety of lucky little monsters under the ownership of some awesome people.
LIC vets is very proud to introduce you to Jamie. She has been with us for almost a year now and boy are we lucky to have her. Jamie went to LaGuardia and Touro colleges and graduated with a BA degree in biology 👩🎓. Rockin’ the field for seven years now Jamie is a valuable member of our team and a happy mommy of two ferrets: Kaipo and Kalea. These guys are now around 2 years old and as you can see they ❤️ their mom and she makes sure they are as healthy and happy as can be. We know because they come to us for their annual check-ups and sometimes when they are not feeling their best.
