With Thanksgiving less than a week away I’ve been thinking about all the things I have to be thankful for. I am thankful for my relationship with God, my loving and supportive family, my incredible job at HighRise and my new business venture with @curtsiesandcrowns. But most of all I am thankful to be Ella’s mommy! She is such a blessing in my life each an every day. What are you most thankful for this year? 🦃🧡
Once upon a time...
There are some places that fairy tales are inspired from. One of such places, blarneyhouse emerges amidst the dense trees like a dream. Stuff of fairytale and #Disney movies, I learned this is also the place where my professor proposed to his wife many years ago.
Who could say no to such a selection of a backdrop, made for true #romance#wonderful_places#amazingplaces#magical
I won't lie - i'm such a sucker for desserts plated like this. Coconut sherbet, chocolate soil laden with passionfruit curd, and dehydrated chocolate mousse shards. I only wish they had taken time to quenelle the sherbet properly - it kinda ruins the elegance of the dish, but gosh, I love me a dessert with such a balanced riot of flavours like this.
The next question is - when will people start making desserts like this in Kuching? Sweet indulgence for both the eyes and tummy.
The great part of Open House at a Spartan Race, is being able to fine tune your techniques, and try new things. Was fun trying different methods on Twister. Looking forward to crushing it tomorrow during the Ultra! 🦁👍🏽👍🏽
