Happy St. Patricks Day! Last day of deadlifts in my all raw cycle, I think before this I had only deadlifted over 500 one time beltless, so I would say this is a pretty big PR, only 15 lbs off my all time PR. Bench and squat day then it's time to meet prep! The ks for watching.
Time to get back to the basics. What happens when you have a weak foundation and you try putting a building on top???? It F*#%*! Crumbles!!!!! Time to start taking this seriously. I have become too comfortable with my numbers each and every week. Its time to start from the beginning again.... start focusing 100% on form and doing lighter weight for more reps to really focus on that PUMP that Arnold talks about! Time to start eating 100% right. Time to start loosing weight (current weight is 260lbs BTW) at 19% body fat.. with 125lbs of muscle.....time to start getting lean and weighing 230 again with 15% or less of body fat. Who will follow me through this journey.... all the stuff that happened to me this past year has really taken a toll on my fitness goals... time to kick 2018 in the Ass!!!! Remember Niñote 2.0 is coming for all you haters..... new car, new gym, and SINGLE!!!!! stay tuned. I have come too far to let all my supporters down including my grandparents in heaven!!!! Lets do this!!!! Aint no offseason! -
