So I didn’t get to record my chest day workout on instastory for the following reasons👇👇👇👇
1. The time that I took to set up on the bench was way too long that I didn’t think it’ll fit in instastory.
2. It was just not safe for me to do hands-free instastory and set up on the bench quickly to fit it in the story.
So I decided to upload it on here 👆👆👆Just a quick summary of what I do on chest day. Variations of Bench press is my main workout & I will add accessories workout at the end.
Here’s how I start mine:
Push up variations 3x10 reps
Bench press bar 1x10 reps
BP 30kg total 1x8 reps
40kg x 5 reps
42.5kg x 4 reps
45kg x 3 reps
47.5kg x 2 reps
50kg x 2 reps (was supposed to do 1rep) - new PR at a lower body weight 🎉
I thought today might be the day I’ll have another PR 52.5kg BP for 1 rep 🙄🙄but guess what happened ? Swipe left till the end to see my struggles 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️😂

I personally love going to the gym and lifting some heavy weights and then progressing and making what was once heavy a warm up 💅🏼
