• Monday's don't suck... YOU DO! •
That probably causes some confusion lately so let me clear a few things up. If you wake up on Monday with a bad attitude your whole day is going to spiral in a negative way, think snowball effect! Thoughts become actions become habits and then all of a sudden you've got yourself in a bit of a predicament! Be hypersensitive to how you're talking to yourself and what you're putting out into the Universe especially on Monday! I always ask my 7AM class the same question every week, "Are you going to make it a GOOD day or a GREAT day... because that's entirely on YOU!" #wishit#dreamit#doit#attitudeiseverything#goodvibes

Cranberry juice is rich in phytochemicals and thereby known to help improve the digestion in your body. It also prevents the formation of peptic ulcers. Peptic ulcers are caused by a type of bacteria called Helicobacter pylori or H. pylori. This microorganism attacks the protective layer of the stomach and duodenum. This may lead to further inflammation of the stomach lining.
