It is true ... the MEDITERRANEAN DIET is scientifically proven to be the best! And I'm in prawn spaghetti heaven right now! Ok it was supposed to be linguine but I picked up the wrong packet in the store! I cooked mine with with spring onion, garlic, roasted (and deskinned) peppers, shiitake mushrooms and homegrown courgette ribbons and pomodoro toms. Plus lemon juice, parsley and a generous glug of olive oil. Portion control gets tough when food tastes this good!
