One of my favorite dishes was this Pan Seared Coral Brittany Langoustine with beetroot purée and boudin noir (black pudding) 🧡

By the end of our 6 course tasting menu at Barbara Fish House, we were stuffed, but I couldn’t stop eating this beautifully cooked cod and leek soup. The building is one of the oldest in Tórshavn and dates back to 16th century.
