Kimchi fried rice!
1: put oil into the pan and add kimchi (first I used Sesame oil to have a flavor. But if you wanna have a flavor, you can put in the end!)
2: add green onion and rice( if it’s cold, heated up first by itself!! Otherwise if you cook until rice will get hot, rice will be so soft which is not good for fried rice)
3: add flavor! I added doubanjiang(豆板醤) AND! Secret flavor which is MISO!!!!!
4: on top of the rice, put cooked egg!
5: TIME TO EAT!!! (You can put seaweed on top as well!)
＊to have more flavor I felt it’s gonna be good to add MISO and it was GOOD!!🤩 just a little bit. So I didn’t tast so much Miso. But Miso support other flavor to pullout!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ADD MISO LITTLE BIT!!
