The truth is, life right now is one giant contradiction and I have a lot of feelings. (Any other Eneeagram 4’s our there?! 🙋🏼♀️) I’ve been moving hour by hour- but I think it all started to bury me. And fun fact about me, when I start to feel buried I instinctually just surrender and stop moving. I slowly form a shell around me from everyone, including God.
Wanna know what was whispered/shouted to my heart this morning when I finally let my guard down? (After a gentle & brave nudge from a close friend) ITS OKAY.
It’s OKAY to camp out in that walled up place for a few days. It’s okay to just be buried for a little while. BUT. Don’t change your address. Don’t install a satellite dish. Don’t stick around forever.
So if you’re in a funk, that’s okay. You can camp out there for awhile. But don’t you dare stay long term. There is too much to be thankful for. Too much to hope in. Too much to LIVE for. There’s a God who doesn’t just call the shots or rules & reigns, but a loving Father who cares and knows and succors.
So, after your campout, get up, show up, and keep walking in FATH trusting in God. It’ll all be okay. ✨YOU ARE LOVED. 💛

Working on push-up progressions with these TRX straps😉😈 I was short on time this week so I decided to set up some @trxtraining straps in my backyard. I have been climbing a lot, so this was a fun way to work on my PUSH upper body strength (instead of the PULL muscles you use most in climbing)!
