To give the complex of carbs-fats-proteins to this salad I used chickpeas, gomasio (grinded sesame with salt and dried seaweed) and a super tasty tapenade of red olives, hazelnuts and garlic 😋😋

I made a hummus with Cannellini beans and a salad to eat with it. That's a well balanced plate, with fibers, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, proteins and carbs, all at once!
