You can have it all.
The fulfilled life.
The healthy body.
The determined mindset.
The healthy relationships.
The time with your horse(s).
The time with your friends.
I used to think it wasn’t possible. How could I get it all done in a day or a week? All of my goals. The things I wanted to do, the horses to ride, the people to see, the work that needed to be done and yet still exercise and eat well?
I kept making excuses and finding ways out, until one morning, I woke up and said enough is enough. .
I deserved a better way of living and the only one that could change that, was me. .
I said goodbye to the chaos, to the starting and stopping of every new diet and exercise program I could find, to the driving through fast food restaurants like it was my job and to the negative self talk. .
And said hello to self care, to at home workouts that challenged me and gave me lasting results, to intuitive eating, to a positive mindset and to putting myself first.
Balance and a life. It IS possible. Because if I can do it, so can you. .
The doors are officially open to my signature program where I show you EXACTLY how I did it. How I lost 30 lbs and have kept it off for nine years, how I stay fit through at home workouts, how I balance enjoying my life with horses, work, family & friends, how I plan my weeks nutritionally, how I stay strong and fit in the saddle both mentally and physically and so much more.
The Equestrian’s Edge.
I can’t wait to welcome you! 🎉🥂

I have a little bit of good news to share with ya’ll today. My long-time veterinarian came to the barn for wellness checkup for Leah this afternoon. Call me paranoid, but I wanted her to have a thorough once-over before we make the haul Kentucky. After all, it is a long trip and she is becoming more of a senior horse at age 17. All of her vitals are excellent, her mouth is in great condition, and she’s healthy as ever. On the brightest side, my veterinarian reconfirmed what I believed all along: the cloud in her eye is NOT impairing her vision whatsoever, and can be managed with ointment versus any invasive treatment! This is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, as the thought of her going blind was beginning to haunt me. Hallelujah 🤗 We have a few more adjustments to make tack wise, but now I feel as if I can focus our attention to Finals preparation without distraction. It’s a good day! #LeahTheLocomotiveCanSeeAllTheArenaGhosts
A bit of a different view today! I get to work with a whole barn full of different horses at my job, but I wanted to introduce you all to a pony I’ve been riding quite a bit recently: meet Cloud! Cloud belongs to the daughter of a client at my boss/trainer’s barn, and he and I are officially signed up for his very first horse trials in November! You might be seeing a bit more of him around here, at least for the next few weeks!
