Anyone else feel like there's not enough hours in the day?
Not work, there are far too many hours spent at work.
But the morning's are crammed with chores and catching up on last minute editing and preparing orders to ship out and making myself presentable for work.
Then in the evenings we try to spend time with everyone, spend time with each other, work a horse or two, cook supper, feed critters... then before I know it, it's time for bed.
I'm not glorifying busy here, because to be honest, I'm not a fan of the cram. I prefer the quiet time spent rubbing Garth's ears with his head in my lap, family time on the couch with Kelly and the dogs before bed, and not hearing an alarm in the mornings but getting up because Piper says it's time to (don't worry, we don't sleep in).
But this is the season of life we're in, I suppose. The busy season. The "cram it all in" season. And I'm not complaining TOO much... it's still a blessed little life. ❤️
#throwback to one of the best moments this summer and proudest memories ever😍 one of the few times we got to work with only a neck rope. Merel did so good and she really enjoyed the freedom. I just hope we can and are allowed to continue working like this when she's back in business 🙏
