After shooting the "cosmic osprey nest" a week and a half ago with @msriffle and @davidmoynahan, low lying clouds made finding other wide angle compositions challenging. Luckily, the core of the Milky Way was still visible, so I switched to a longer lens to capture some of the beautiful nebulae and other details near Saturn. It's amazing what details can be captured with modern cameras!
Visible in this image: Saturn, Lagoon Nebula, Sagittarius Star Cloud, Omega Nebula, and the Eagle Nebula. Slide right for a photo with labels.
