Excellent work to everyone who came out to rock the #firkin tonight! Hometown heroes @slipperyeyes and @lubectheband crushed it and @curling.band waltzed all the way up from California for the occasion! (Catch em next weekend @ Crush House ❤️)
Cheers is right!! There was no doubting that firkin was ready w all those bubbles (and you guys didn’t even see the volcano we did)! A dozen peaches were added to that cask of Hefeweizen and you guys drank it all in half as many hours. The bummer about firkins though is they’re only available the night we tap them, so unfortunately this Peach El Hefe is no longer on tap. However, we also did an apricot cask as well ~ stay tuned for that!! #freedomsedgebrewing#wyocraftbeer#hefeweizen#caskconditioned#peachhefeweizen#firkin

Head over for $3 Firkin Friday brews! Today, we’re releasing our Dreaming Eel, which is Uncle Billy’s Shrieking Eel brewed with orange peel, orange juice, and vanilla beans. On tap now until it’s gone. Come grab a glass and cheers to the start of the weekend!
Join us tonight for our First (of many) Firkin' Friday! Every Friday we will offer a new special release cask-conditioned ale!
For tonight's special release, Raelle brewed a Chocolate Brown ale conditioned on Balinese Wild Kopi Luwak coffee beans! These coffee beans are certified as foraged solely from civet cats living in the wild by the Indonesian Government’s Department of Agriculture in Bali as properly foraged wild Kopi Luwak is only ever available in very small quantities. The beauty of the coffee is that the civets are extremely selective and will only consume perfectly ripe coffee cherries which removes all bitterness from the beans. This yields a coffee flavor that is classically dark, rich and smooth with natural sweetness and no bitter aftertaste.
Additionally, we will have the regular carbonated version of the Chocolate Brown Ale, leading no a new Pilot Brewing ExBEERiment!
