💥 EXERCISE OF THE DAY 💥
Another brutal exercise to do with your training partner💥 Leg Extensions with a forced contraction 🤢
⏩ 5 sets
⏩ 8 reps
✳️ Keep your bum and hips stuck to the seat, grab hold of the handles to glue yourself down!
✳️ Get your partner to apply pressure against the leg pad as you try to contract
✳️ If you don’t have a training partner, just extend the weight for a count of 5 seconds
The pump from these was insane & it completely annihilates your quads at the end of a workout! 🔥

Here's a ramble::: No for real though, there is truly so much more to this passion then what appears.
To see yourself and others put so much into something, to see yourself & others dedication, patience, and planning/time- is so darn amazing.
Bodybuilding is art.
We ALL have control over ourselves inside & out. I honestly believe how you feel on the inside shines right through to the outside. It's real! I can be having the worst day ever throwing a little girl tantrum & then bam my workout can completely change my mindset #endorphins The rush you get, the extra pep in your step, the sweat rolling down, all because YOU are putting in the work. I may overtake/overshare according to some but not for me 😉
I do so to inspire every single person that happens to see my page.
I do so for MYSELF, it gives ME motivation to see that my hard work IS in fact paying off by seeing my progress pictures.
Is it annoying to some? Sure you'll have those people ... but guess what? It's because of so many reasons that actually have nothing to do with YOU but THEM. Don't let friends/family make rude/uncalled remarks & TRY to bring you down. Brush it off your shoulders & move on. Does it often hurt? Absolutely! Words/comments DO but you/I are stronger and deserve so much more then their level of ignorance. If people don't support you it's a-o-k! This isn't about them, it's about YOU!
For those currently being affected by this situation I hope you wake feeling determined and know there are plenty of us rooting for you. Don't ever give up on yourself! Just keep swimming.
