I love going to the gym because everyday is a new experience and there’s always something new to learn! I used to be afraid of going to the gym because of people possibly staring or even coming up and giving their advice... Now I enjoy and love learning new things from other lifters because there are a million and one ways to lift and get creative! The gym has become my home away from home. 2013 👉🏽 Now. People who think lifting weights will make you big, are right. ONLY IF you program correctly, eat well, recover properly, and are very consistent. Lifting weights can slim, maintain, or bulk. The only differences between 2013 and now is how I lift and how I eat. But lifting was never taken out of the equation.
If you’re worried about getting “too big”, just remember this: it’s a pretty hard thing to do as a woman, so if you accidentally eat just right and lift just right and get big, you’re an anomaly :)

Hair and booty gains - ain’t mad about it! And yeh maybe you’ve noticed I’m the same white as my shorts and got me a nice dose of cellulite. I use to HATE wearing shorts, no matter how lean I’ve gotten I’ve always had cellulite. It’s super genetic + very dependent on body fat percentage. But I mean - fuck it 🤷🏻♀️ I hip thrust almost 300 pounds the other day so if you want to get into a humping competition I could definitely win - so I’ll focus on that accomplishment instead of smooth thighs. For real though ladies, allow yourself to be imperfect because the truth is WE ALL ARE. Bring some perception into your life, like I am so grateful these thunder thighs carry the rest of me around bitching and moaning all day. I’m thankful for my health and my strength. And I’m appreciating these things now and not when I reach a goal because nobody is promised tomorrow. Enjoy this beautiful day and beautiful life ♥️
