Farmed oysters : Since oysters are filter feeders the farmers have no need to feed them anything, good or bad. They probably really couldn't feed them even if they tried since osmosis would wash away anything they put into the water.(ocean) Farming also doesn't damage the reefs of natural oyster beds here/there/wherever which is very eco-friendly. They basically have to dredge wild ones up out of the natural sediment.

What is 100 days mean to you?
If you are a regular member at Anytime Fitness Changi SCB, you might know who is Mayur. Our member of the year 2017. Below is his story of 100 days.
100 days of transformation: You don’t need fancy gym wear or expensive diet plans to transform yourself and all you need is a commitment that fuels your passion and my passion is to scale those high mountains in the outdoors which requires hard determination and a never ending endurance. Second reason for this change along with my climbing preparation was to inspire my friends and family as we usually get sucked up in life with no health routine. I wanted everyone one to see it is possible in a short span of time and I even decided to first put on weight for a real hard start.
Exercise: Having the gym at workplace itself was a great opportunity for me to keep up with daily discipline from Monday to Friday where I did a combination of strength and cardio workout. I also visited Bukit Timah hill at least once on weekends for intense 1 hour tempo training.
Food: I have always brought my food from home to see what ingredients go into my meals for effective calorie planning. My staple diet for this period included grilled chicken breast, salmon, broccoli, avocados, sweet potato, eggs and spinach, coconut and lastly some apple cider vinegar to start the day. I also used whey isolate after workout and some multivitamins and fish oil during the day.
People tend to forget how powerful our thoughts are. They would live every day out of routine and habit, passively cruising through days and therefore being passive in creating their reality. -
Our thoughts and behaviour, that is what creates our reality and we have full control over them.
Tomorrow morning when you wake up try this:
1. Be present in the moment.
When you are eating your breakfast, don't rush, feel all the different flavours of your food, feel its fragrance. Take time to enjoy it.
2. Set the intention for your new day.
Be clear about how you want this day to be. You may, for exemple, intend to learn something new or to be productive. You can set your intention on having a positive day full of fun. Whatever it is, being clear on what you want this day to be is a giant step towards it actually happening.
Focus on the positive, starting the day with negative thoughts will most likely ruin it.
Now, how do you start your day? Are you able to feel present in the moment or you find yourself mostly rushing through your morning routine?
