i recorded this lil glute activation/ circuit/ tri-set from the other day. THIS ONE FR BURNS LIKE CRAZY, it looks soooo simple but killlssss trust me😂don't underestimate this one. you're definitely gonna want to SAVE this and try your next leg day. this can be done in the beginning of workouts, anywhere in the middle or even as a finisher!!
** i used both of my resistance bands for extra resistance just to make it more challenging! i also am using a 15lb or 20lb kettlebell lol i forget but its one of those 2. you DON'T NEED RESISTANCE BANDS OR ANY WEIGHTS TO DO THESE! also you don't need a super heavy weight!! ____________
1️⃣ squats while pushing knees outward like abductions. 12-15 reps
2️⃣ side squat walks. 12 reps
3️⃣ jump squats. 15 reps
🔁 2x OR as many times as you want!
super easy and simple but burns your legs and glutes like crazyy!!
🌻REMEMBER!! if you want something, work your 🍑 off till you get it!! you will need to learn how to discipline yourself - whether that's in the gym or in what you eat daily. but don't stop grinding and pushing yourself until YOU are happy✨
