Keith has been with with us from the very beginning. He started folding boxes. Now, he’s the #2 guy in our warehouse operations. .
This kid (I can say that because he’s young enough) has an INCREDIBLE work ethic — working nights and weekends, without hesitation. Aside from being incredibly hard working, he’s kind, loyal, always willing to help out his peers, and puts our clients interests above all else. .
I’ve often said “You can’t teach someone drive and initiative.” He has both. He’s got a burning desire to always learn, to always do better and always open to learn something new. .
I’m so proud of seeing how far he’s come at QuickBox. A great future lies ahead for Keith and I’m exited to be a small part of it with him. .

Back at my mums house tonight so went with her to her PT’s HIIT class and omg did I sweat 😅
It’s 45 mins - 10 mins of warming up with sprints, walking lunges, burpees, jumping jacks, side jumps etc and then the remainder of the class doing 45 seconds of an exercise (such as jump squats, jump lunges, alternating planks, jumping jacks, burpees, push up and reach... anything that makes you wanna throw up 🤷🏻♀️) then finishing with stretches
Great session!!! Love strict press managed to get a set of 5 at 70kilo. Finisher was nasty. Did extra arms after and some rotator cuff work. The last picture i took on saturday, im sitting at 85kg bodyweight now and according to a mixture of scans and other things im sitting at around 10 - 16% body fat, hardly any on my legs or arms but all in my mid section mainly my lower back, whhhhyyyyy!!!! Haha.
