J’aime bien le #lundi ! C’est une journée assez chargée mais où je bouge peu donc assez cool pour moi.
Je me rends compte que j’utilise chaque jour un peu plus mon téléphone et ça commence vraiment à me gêner dans mon quotidien parce que j’aimerai être sure de pouvoir m’en passer et pour le moment c’est pas les cas... et c’est pas normal...
En rentrant, une petite séance de hiit dès que mon amoureux arrive, voir avant si j’ai fini de m’occuper des garçons avant qu’il n’arrive. J’espère que ça ne sera pas trop dur vu qu’hier j’ai fait un challenge de 15min qui m’a tuée !
Et puis après une bonne soupe au #potimarron faite hier, je ferais mon bilan parce que je devrais en avoir largement le temps !

I eat really, really well 99.9% of the time but don't be mistaken, I also have weekly cheat/refeed days. It makes living and eating like this more of a lifestyle, and, I still get to practice dietary discipline without having the yo-yo emotional effects I used to have.
Tonight? We had bacon swiss jalapeno burgers!🤩🌶🍔
Still had lean beef, wheat buns, and spinach on there but with some flexibility and it felt like a cheat.
Honestly? @jasonopolka and I both had a hard time finishing them. It's amazing when you begin eating healthy regularly your body can't cram as much food in there all at once like it used to. And, you enjoy your food 100x more! Try it this week! Eat according to your goals and save one day for a good refeed meal, tell me how it goes! Side note- There is actually more scientific benefit behind refeeds too...I'm not just pulling your leg. You can have your cake and eat it too.😘
When I was younger, I would eat sweets every single day.🍪
We had treat day at school on Fridays and I would buy something every week. Chocolate, skittles, chips you name it! 🍭
At night, I would watch the leafs game with my dad with a big bowl of ice cream! Mint chocolate chip was my fav🍦
I used to have mc Donald's almost weekly🍟PLUS Friday night was pizza night at my house🍕
You see many people say to me, "you eat so healthy how do you do it? I have such a bad sweet tooth"! Well guess what!? So did I!!! However there are a few minor tweaks I have NOW made!
1️⃣ I find heathy alternatives & bake lots of healthy treats! You guys know from my stories I love love love healthy baked goods. I will have something sweet almost daily to be honest!
2️⃣ I no longer crave crap foods. Since I eat plenty of whole foods, my taste buds have changed and although I still have a sweet tooth (common who doesn't), I no longer crave mc Donald's, pizza, ice cream, cake, cookies. If I do, I make a version myself!🤗
You CAN change your taste buds.
You CAN reduce cravings.
In fact, that's one of the biggest changes Michelle, Susy & Elissa have mentioned while in my program following my protocols. They notice their cravings are significantly reduced and they are naturally making better choices🙌🏻#WIN

Het maken van een online programma doe ik wel even…dacht ik.🤔 Dat viel toch een beetje tegen...oeps!🙈 Het was hard werken en de perfectionist in mij wilde het steeds een beetje beter maken. De laatste loodjes waren zwaar. Soms dacht ik bij mezelf: “Waar ben ik aan begonnen?”😱 Een eigen gym runnen, een baby thuis en dan ook nog tijd vinden om het programma te schrijven. Oh ja, en ik wilde ook nog leuke dingen doen met @lennygelens en familie en vrienden.😏⌚?
De quote van vandaag vond ik dan ook heel toepasselijk. Ik heb keihard gewerkt, maar wat ben ik ontzettend blij met het resultaat. Vanaf morgen zal ik jullie laten zien waarom…🙌🙏😄
I'll create this online program in no time...I thought.🤔 That turned out to be a bit disappointing...oops!🙈 It was hard work and the perfectionist in me wanted to make it a little better every time. The last few weeks were tough. Sometimes I thought to myself: "Why did I do this?"😱 Running a private gym, having a baby at home and then also trying to find time to write the online program. Oh, and I also wanted to do nice things with @lennygelens and family and friends.😏⌚?
Therefore I found the quote of today very appropriate. I have worked very hard, but I am very pleased with the result. Tomorrow I will show you why...🙌🙏😄
