If you have seen my stories then you would of seen that this weekend has consisted of food and drink and 0 exercise (there was a lot more food eaten that wasn't put on the stories😜)
Tonight I will sit down and go through my week next week and my exercise plan! Having a weekend off doesnt mean I will go off track and put on 100 stone
Top tips for starting fresh on a Monday:
➡️ Lay out or pack your gym clothes Sunday night
➡️ Plan your exercise session on the notes on your phone or in a notebook
➡️ Don't stress about having a weekend off, enjoy it!
➡️ Workout what days work best for exercising and stick to them
We all need time off sometimes and we all need to enjoy ourselves, it's life ✨
Phase 2 to Phase 3...five weeks progress. I'm trying to take these progress photos to encourage me every month because tbh it's hard to see progress on the scale I weigh exactly the same in these two photos but I can see my stomach is more toned and my thighs are slimmer.
Also I can squat 60kgs now so there's that 💪
