unusually tired last two days. maybe my diet is off, not that i have a regiment. or blood sugar is freaking out. decided to rest yesterday and today. not like i have a race coming up. but it does put damper on fun factor. but, i have a four day weekend :)

Well I definitely did not want to get out of bed this morning, crappy nights sleep and I was awake well before the alarm went off which is never good. 🛏 😴
I just laid there thinking - shall I, shall I not 🤔🤔🤔
In the end I just got my lazy arse up and as usual it was well worth the effort. Hot as usual, even at 5.30am. 🍳
Somethings it’s easy not to bother with things, but more often than not you’ll be glad you made the effort and your body will thank you for it. Time now for lots of eggs on toast and maybe a sprinkling of smoked salmon.
