Cost : R650 Week 1: 2hours In this workshop we will cover the fundamentals of handstand, drills to prepare your body and an introduction to the basics to finding your way upside down. .
Handstand conditioning that combines the mental focus of yoga with the strength techniques of gymnastics. .
Lets have fun exploring the journey to Handstand, letting go of fear and understanding what it takes to stand on your hands!
Week 2-5 : 1hour session
The handstand drills in this workshop will give you an entirely new sense of strength, balance and coordination! .
