I’m a firm believer in NOT using floral foam in my designs and with ‘Beginner Blooms to make your Mother's Day,’ I’ll be teaching you techniques that are more environmentally friendly and are also ones that I feel have really freed up my designs. Join me for a fun 2 hour workshop where you’ll learn to make your very own foam free floral design to take home to your Mum.
Or, if you're looking for a way to spend some quality time with your Mum , why not buy both of you a ticket and learn to make an arrangement that would look great around the home.
Good morsels for vegans and carnivores from the kitchen @homegrownpalmwoods and a glass of something bubbly are included in the experience too !
Beginner Blooms Workshop $100
2-4pm on the 12th of May

I got these gorgeous flowers on Mother's Day and followed some advice @clemmie_telford shared in a story a few weeks ago. Instead of putting the whole bunch in one vase, I split them into lots of smaller bunches, used vases and jars and had flowers everywhere. So for the last week I have felt like a Kardashian with flowers all over my house and weirdly it's lifted my spirits and made me smile so much. Next time you get a bunch of flowers try it! ⠀
Has anyone got any other tips to make us busy mums feel like celebs? Share them, I need them ALL (especially because my flowers are now all dead!) ⠀
My lovely mummy is coming to visit this weekend so we’re having a belated Mother’s Day with roast lamb and presents 😊 I’ve just planted these pretty bulbs in this stunning ceramic planter from @allthingsbirchandbeautiful I hope my mum loves it as much as I do! #mothersday#mumsarethebest#flowersformum#hopeitdoesntsnow
I'm off to Edinburgh Yarn Festival for the next day or so. Aswell as abandoning my family to struggle without me, I'll be leaving my lovely Mother's Day flowers behind. I hope they're still going strong when I get back, a photo is not the same. I wish I could take their fragrance as well as their image with me.
