What's a main issue with people who exercises? Well that would be tight quads!
A fantastic way to help reduce tightness in your quads is to foam roll. As in the pictures shown, start with the roller at the top of your quad and slowly roll down until you get to just above the knee.
When you find a spot that's extra sore stay there and breathe deeply for 5 seconds and then roll back to the starting position
