RUNNING PREP IS OVER!!! .
For the past 11 weeks I have been adding 10 minutes of running to my long run each week, starting off at 30 and finishing at 110 minutes. My last long run was Saturday. .
Honestly this was hard. If you’ve run a half marathon, half-marathon or even just ran across the street, I give it up to you. Running is just HARD! 👏🤣
I’ll just make it official now, after the #spartanbeast running and I are taking break, even from my 4 minute tabata sprints. 💔 I’m going to switch to burpee tabatas for awhile. I rather do Burpee tabatas!?! #saywhat#spatansocal
