A sweet treat featuring seven layers:
Chocolate genoise sponge brushed with an almond liquor syrup, followed by a praline, chocolate and feuilletine layer, next a hazelnut bavarois, followed by another sponge and syrup layer, another bavarois layer, then coated in a chocolate mousse and finally finished with a chocolate glaze, roasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate decoration. 😅

✨ ITS CHRISTMAS (well not quite) but it’s my favourite time of year, the Christmas songs have started playing at work so in my eyes, it’s begun ✨ it’s the Christmas fair at church tomorrow so I created these gluten and dairy free biscuit trees to sell and help raise money! They were fairly easy to make but who knew it was so difficult to find hundreds and thousands or similar that didn’t contain gluten or milk 🤷🏼♀️
