1 serving of @birchbenders protein pancake mix
3/4 serving of quest vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
Maple and Butter Extract
about a cup of water
- this creates the perfect 1:1 protein to carb ratio with a perfect amount of fluffiness, sweetness, and you get lots more bulk for the calories. this recipe comes in at under 300 cals and makes 4x 5-6inch pancakes 😍
