I'm currently training 5x a week and my routine has been changed from strength-focused to high reps/high intensity to help burn away the stubborn fat.
Keeping my water up to at least 2L a day (which I don't always hit, I admit) and aiming for 10,000 steps daily 💪.
I am still staying within my macros, meal-prepping every 3 days and staying consistent with healthy foods, however I am still able to enjoy cheat meals 1x a week and still make progress 🍔 I personally find having a cheat meal once a week helps keep me happy and helps me remain on track in a positive mindset!.
Remember, when you're feeling discouraged, think about where you started ❤️
