My weight-loss process started from 01/19/16 when I returned from vacations weighing 104kg and with severe pain in the knees prosthetic for wear grade 4.👈
It was almost 11 months of deprivation to achieve the goal of 34kg weight lost in total 🔥
In 2017 the goal was to reduce the percentage of fat and increase lean muscle mass, I gave up and did not follow the right diet and so cellulite increased!
I suffered two "injuries" in the knee and spine, which took me 2 months of heavy physical activity.😳
By 2018, I'll have 10 months to focus on, since I've been boasting since Dec. 20 and I'm going back to the fourth diet, because I make a point of giving myself the luxury of going on vacation literally, including food re-education and physical activity.
Anyway, let another year of battle come.

HOLIDAY DIET 🍇🍉🍕🍟 A little collection of snaps of the food I ate this week on holiday. And also a little reality check to show that just because your favourite insta fitness person is drinking a kale, lemon grass smothie on the beach, doesn't mean that's reality! 👆 Holidays should be about enjoying yourself, eating and trying new food, drinking with friends and family 👪 and having a good time. This week I had a salad a few days, but then a club sandwich with chips the next. I had an ice cream 🍦most afternoons along with a beer, and half a litre of wine shared between two most dinners 🍷. It's also impossible to go to Greece and not have a gyros (if you know you know). So don't feel guilty about not sticking to the diet and eating "clean", instead eat what you want, try new things, and be active! ☀
