It might also give you this crazy super human strength and allow you to do 155lb rack pulls for reps! (I've only done these a few times EVER and was always terrified to go any heavier than 115 🙈) So that's really cool! 😂🙌🏼 The point is, get yourself some badass people to train with if you feel like you're in a slump or just need that extra kick in the butt. 😉 💜

A great move! Improve imbalances(1 leg weaker than the other), improve range of motion (how low you go) and great for leg strength (and improving the look) 👍👊
To progress it - go from bodyweight only - try front foot raised - back foot raised - all good variations 🤸👍
You can also add weight to each move in the form of dummbells 🏋
Start thinking of progressing when you can comfortably complete all reps and sets with good form ✔️✅
