My first leg day of the week consists of heavier weighted exercises. This exercise is a core staple right after I do barbell squats. Leave your feet flat if you want to target your quads more. If you want to target your glutes more, push with your heels as you go up.
So this year I did what I set out to do for once! 😂 I managed to step on stage in a bikini and love every second on it! 20 weeks of damn hard work and I did it! After a relaxed week post show back on plan and ready to hit the stage again in September! @pca_official so ready to bring it now!!
