i purchased the ho pro roll finger extreme from @prodirectsoccer for $40 (normally $80). I purchased this glove because I’ve been searching for a roll finger glove for a long time, and this offer was just too good to pass up.
Grip: 10/10- I haven’t even used them yet, but I know these gloves will have outstanding grip because of the 4mm “extreme” latex used, and the black grip dots mixed with the latex. It is a very durable and grippy glove.
•Comfort: 7.5/10- This is an alright glove in terms of comfort. One of the down sides of a roll finger cut, is the feel of it on your hand. It will take some getting used to.
•Backhand: 7/10- A very basic design, but reminds me of a ghost face or something on the back. Again, gun cut gloves tend to have a weirder look on the fingers. •Wrist strap: 1000/ 10- Definitely the best wrist strap I have ever used. Most HO modes come with a 3D micro strap above the wrist strap, and this provides an amazing extra support in the wrist to prevent any injuries.
Cut 9/10- This is my first ever roll finger cut glove, and it did not disappoint. This a great cut for the keepers who like a more latex to ball ratio, and it also is very different from your basic flat & negative cuts.
overall- overall I give these a 9/10, if you ever get the opportunity to order gloves from HO, I recommend taking it.
Great combination saves 🕸🕷🧤

Working with the younger @fc_virginia_official DA goalkeepers in a crossing/high balls session. As you can see we gradually moved from no pressure exercises to adding pressure/resistance to the exercises to help with game-like situations. Our coaching points were general starting position, catching at the highest point, taking off one leg and landing on two, communication, and confidence in commanding your box. Enjoy and feel free to comment below. Well done girls!! #girlsda#fcv#gkunion#justwomenssports
Speed & Positioning Drill ⚡️💥
The Server 1 shouts a number, as Server 2 delivers the ball. The Goalkeeper has to touch the designated pole(s), and get back in position ready to save the shot, before Server 1 shoots on goal ⚽️
The aim of this drill is to be quick around your area, but also to make the decision to set when you may not be in the perfect position ⚡️
In games, you might not be given the luxury of being in a perfect position every time. You have to adapt, and deal with the shot as best you can, regardless of where you are. So move your feet quickly to get in the best position possible, then set before the strike, to give yourself the best chance of making the save 🙌🏼⚽️
