Autumn is rapidly approaching in Minnesota. It’s not just about gorgeous foliage, but also the atmospheric conditions that occur during the turn-over of our 10,000+ lakes. Fall colors and fog go hand in hand here!
So tough to get a portrait of these men because they tend to run like the wind. I was grateful to have some time with him near sunset watching him graze and not mind my presence much...because I have plenty of shots of pronghorn butts running away from me if you’re ever in need of one! #pronghorn

This very vocal male hummingbird was trying his best to impress a female, pulling out moves such as flaring his gorget feathers to dive-bombing through the air. Studies have shown that this dive-bombing action causes their tail feathers to vibrate and produce sounds that are unique to each species.
